Recommended budget hotel in Tokyo

I went to Tokyo on free and easy and was looking for a budget hotel (guest house) to stay. My colleague recommended a budget hotel in Ikebukoro opened by a Taiwanese lady. It was my first time staying in budget hotel (after graduated from University) and I was scared that I couldn't stand living in a budget hotel.

This budget hotel has exceeded my expectation in various aspects. Although I had to share bathroom with other guests, the bathroom is unexpectedly clean. The room is comfortable although it is really small. The location was very convenient, located near the MTR.

I would recommend friends who would like to go Tokyo on budget to stay in this guest house.

Her comment : a relatively cheap hotel, just up to acceptable standard, don't give high expectation
