1) F4 - Stadium Bukit Jalil, Malaysia (I think it was in 2003)
This was the first concert I have watched. That time was still studying, no money to buy ticket, so just bought the RM 50 ticket. The seat was SOO FAR away that I can't see anything, can't even see the screen. Can only hear the music. So it was not fun at all. Told myself I will not buy a cheap seat anymore.
2) Leon Lai Concert, Hung Hom Stadium HK (I think it was in 2005)
Ticket started selling at 10am fr 7 days concert, I thought he was old already not many fans. Went to buy the ticket during lunch at 12.30pm (my friend will fly from M'sia to watch this so I have to buy ticket for her). Initially wanted to buy the HK$400 ticket. But I was shocked to find that all $400 ticket was fully sold for all 7 days. HK$300 also fully sold. Not many tickets left for HK$200 ticket. So I have immediately bought the HK$200 ticket. I didn’t expect him to be so popular even now! As for the concert, the songs were nice or sentimental I would say since I liked him since I was young although not now anymore….
3) Jacky Cheung Concert, Hung Hom Stadium HK (I think it was in 2005)
I bought the VIP ticket because my friend's company was the sponsor, HK$400. In fact it was in the first row. However when I went in to the stadium, I realised there was VVIP seat which had about 30 or 40 rows. These seats are reserved for his fans. So a little disappointed, can't sit at front row. His songs are nice and Jacky can tell jokes too. However, nothing exciting.
4) Jolin Tsai, Hung Hom Stadium HK (I think it was in 2006)
Nicest concert in HK so far, a lot of things to see other things to see, eg dancing, "acrobatic opening", guest performer (Stephanie Sun, Rainie) other than nice songs. Bought the HK$400 ticket, I think sat at row no 10. The stage set up was very good, get to see her clearly.
5) Leo Ku, Hung Hom Stadium HK (I think it was in 2007)
I like Leo a lot. Bought the HK$400 ticket, I think sat at row no 15. I can see him clearly and even shook hands with him, haha. Nice decor but nothing interesting other than singing and nice stage decoration (I mean no dancing). I can't remember who was the special guest, I think was Justin, Siu Fei and 2 more.
6) Joey Yung, Hung Hom Stadium HK (I think it was in 2007)
I think Joey’s song is nice, so decided to go for her concert. Bought HK$400 ticket too, and sat within the first 20 rows. But very unfortunate, it was a four sided stage, but her back kept on facing my seat, so it wasn’t interesting at all. Plus I didn’t really like her, so the concert was so so only.
7) Show Luo, near Elements (I think it was in 2007)
This concert was quite interesting, a lot of dance performance. Although I bought the HK$400 ticket, the set up was not as good as Hung Hom, so I was sitting quite far back and at the side. So can’t see him clearly. I like the guest too, it was Rainie Yang. But too many teenagers watch this concert, I felt as if I was so old.
8) Dong Bang Shin Ki, TVXQ, Stadium Merdeka, Malaysia, 2007
The ticket was so expensive, I think RM480 or HK500+ but I think it is worth it. I bought the standing zone. But this is the best ever concert that I ever watched!!!! Excellent singing and dancing skills by TVXQ, and since I was in standing zone, I can see them so clearly even when they were dancing. Yunho, Junsu, Micky, Changmin and JaeJong kept on passing through the walkway so I can see them clearly and their cute expression.
Junsu’s solo performance and dance was excellent too. Yunho was injured and did not perform/dance. Junsu took over all his songs and dance section. The stage was great too. I have not seen such an entertaining concert as this. I did not blink my eye for even a second. Too bad I was so obedient and did not bring camera since it was disallowed. But when I went in, I saw everyone holding a camera and they can take pic at such close range. I should have realized this Malaysia culture and brought my camera along. This was my only regret. The guest performer was Zhang Yi Lin. It was worth it standing for so many hours (from 6pm to 11pm) and although the weather was so hot and there’s so much mosquito too.
